Jeremy D. Behar

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy founded CDS in 2016 and oversees corporate direction and strategy for Canadian Dental Services Corporation, including all financial, legal, and asset management functions within the business. Jeremy possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit, company-building insight, and superior technical knowledge of the dental business, having spent 25+ years leading change and improvement in the healthcare industry in Canada and the United States.

Jeremy has seen firsthand how the dental industry has evolved over the past two and a half decades and is dedicated to further disrupting the industry in Canada to improve the overall patient experience and to better support and alleviate dentists from the management burdens of running a successful practice.

Jeanne Ye

Chief Financial Officer

Jeanne Ye was hire #1 when she joined CDS in 2016. She oversees all aspects of the companyโ€™s financial management and governance functions. She also provides leadership in acquisitions and post-acquisition integration work to ensure we immediately start bringing value to every clinic CDS acquires and partners with across Canada.

Jeanne has 25+ years of finance and operational experience in mid-market and private equity-backed organizations in industries ranging from technology and professional services to healthcare, where she held a series of senior leadership positions prior to joining Canadian Dental Services. Jeanne is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Ontario, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Laurentian University.

Brett Laschinger

Chief Operating Officer

Brett serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CDS, leading a team committed to patient care excellence across CDS’ general dental and orthodontic operations.  Brett is an operating executive with a track record of building and growing healthcare services businesses in Canada and the US.

Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Corus Orthodontists, a newly formed consolidation in the orthodontic clinic space. Brett grew the Corus clinic network from inception to over fifty clinic locations across the US and Canada, and led the development of the infrastructure, business systems, home office organization, integration capabilities and culture. Prior to Corus, Brett led a restructuring and strategy renewal for a private equity-backed mobility devices distributor and was the COO of Medcan, the leading preventative and diagnostic care provider in the private Canadian healthcare environment. Before his operating roles, Brett worked as a strategy and operations consultant with McKinsey & Company. 

Dr. Kevin Davis

BA, DDS, MPH, FRCD (C)

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Kevin Davis graduated from Western University in 1990 with a B.A. in psychology. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Toronto in 1994 and a Certificate in Hospital Dentistry from Carolinas Medical Center in 1995. Kevin then attended Harvard University, and in 1998, he simultaneously received his dual specialty diploma in Orthodontics and a Master’s in Public Health.

Kevin then joined his father’s orthodontic practice in 1998. From one location in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Davis Orthodontics has since grown to 13 locations all throughout the Toronto area.

Davis Ortho has treated more patients with Invisalign than any other practice in Ontario and is one of the fastest-growing branded orthodontic specialty practices in Canada.

Kevin has taught at Harvard University, and the University of Toronto. He is a Board Member for Taliโ€™s Fund (a childrenโ€™s brain cancer charity), and has participated in and led numerous dental missions to Central and South America to provide dental care to unserved communities. He is currently pursuing his MBA at the Royal Military College of Canada.

In his current role at CDS, Kevin will provide leadership โ€“ both clinical and non-clinical โ€“ to Davis Orthodontics clinics and teams, as well as across the CDS practice network througout Canada.

Sonni Virdi

Vice President, Clinical Growth

Sonni joined CDS in 2017. She is a dental professional with 15+ years of experience who began her career in clinical dentistry, focusing on patient care in diverse team settings. Her early experience in clinical practice laid the foundation for her transition into operational leadership and growth strategy.

Since 2017, she has been integral to CDS’s operational improvement initiatives, emphasizing patient-centric treatment strategies and balancing operational efficiency with high-quality patient care.

In her current role as VP of Clinical Growth, Sonniโ€™s focus is on challenging the traditional care delivery model to make dental care more accessible and aligned with overall patient well-being. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where dental care prioritizes patients’ overall health and satisfaction, aiming to shift the Canadian dental landscape towards inclusivity, effectiveness, and patient-centeredness.

Danielle Edwards

VICE PRESIDENT, Clinical Growth, Orthodontics

Danielle joined Davis Orthodontics over 25 years ago and has since then held a number of positions along the way, including chief operating officer, practice director, and human resources manager. Prior to that, she held various positions as financial coordinator and Level II Dental Assistant. She obtained both her Human Resources Education and Dental Assisting from Durham College in Ontario.

In her current role within CDS, Danielle is instrumental in leading operational excellence, change management, and process improvement initiatives across all orthodontic practices at CDS.

nick salomonS

Director of Orthodontic Operations

Nicholas Salomons joined Canadian Dental Services in 2025 as Director of Orthodontic Operations. With 15+ years in operations leadership from a wide range of businesses,  he brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, specializing in P&L management, driving KPIs and team development to drive profitability and growth. Nick has held similar roles at previous dental and orthodontic DSOs.

Nicholas is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and lives in Burlington with his family.

Elaine McCulloch

Vice President of Business Development

Elaine McCulloch joined Canadian Dental Services in 2024 as Vice President of Business Development, where she leads the brand, digital, and growth marketing strategies. With over 20+ of experience in marketing and sales leadership, Elaine brings a wealth of expertise to the role, having previously held senior marketing leadership positions in multi-site orthodontic and healthcare networks. Her career also includes a decade at both Bell Media and VIA Rail, where she honed her skills in marketing and sales, before entering the healthcare industry.

A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Elaine began her career in London UK, working in International sales and marketing. She now happily resides with her family and Peloton in Toronto, Canada.

AZAN KHAN

VICE PRESIDENT, Human Resources

Azan Khan is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 20 years of transformative leadership across Canadaโ€™s corporate landscape. With a strong foundation in Human Capital Management, Azan has distinguished himself as a trusted executive, organizational strategist, and builder of high-performance cultures. His expertise lies at the intersection of governance, risk, workforce development, and operational excellence.

Azan is a member in good standing with the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and holds his Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
