2026 Continuous
learning program

Dear Doctors and Team Members,

We’re proud to introduce the 2026 curriculum for CDS University, building on the incredible success of our inaugural year.

In 2025, CDSU launched with a focus on doctors and hygienists, and the response exceeded all expectations. Thanks to your enthusiasm and feedback, CDSU earned prestigious PACE certification, affirming the quality of our continuing education for years to come.

In 2026, we’re expanding our vision by significantly increasing our investment and growing CDSU into a nationwide leadership development platform for all members of our clinics and corporate team. Programming now includes tailored courses and workshops for Practice Managers, Treatment Coordinators, administrative teams, and beyond.

We believe leadership extends far beyond clinical care — it’s demonstrated at every patient interaction and across every role. To support this, we’re launching the CDS Leadership Lab, a dedicated training and development center at our Toronto Clinic Support Centre. This space will serve as a hub for learning, skill-building, and professional growth across CDS.

As always, CDSU is offered at no cost to our people, an investment that underscores our Core Value of Continuous Improvement and our commitment to our Guiding Principles.

Special thanks to Sonni Virdi and our educational and doctor-advisors for bringing this vision to life.

Training and development at CDS isn’t just a concept — it’s how we grow, lead with purpose, and build something exceptional together.

Now come learn with us.
