Alain is responsible for leading the development and implementation of CDS’ overall strategy, with a particular focus on superior oral care and providing an unparalleled patient experience. Alain manages all aspects of the operational infrastructure in order to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the business, and leads all business development efforts.
Commencing his business career as an entrepreneur over 20 years ago, he gained extensive experience in sales and marketing, business operations, strategy and execution. He then moved to a corporate environment, completing his tenure acting as the Country Manager and Vice President for a billion dollar US-based consulting organization, leading all aspects of the Canadian business (a $300 million business with regional offices across Canada).
Alain joined the commercial real estate and healthcare firm Cirrus Consulting Group as a partner in 2011. Alain led all sales, marketing, consulting and operations activities resulting in 4 x growth over 4 years, expanding the company’s footprint to serve the dental community across North America. With an incredibly acute understanding of the Canadian dental landscape, he acts as an industry leader and key resource on business matters pertaining to dentistry in Canada.
